Welcome to the ASSC 17 Roomshare Finder

Save some money on conference lodging and share your hotel room with a fellow ASSC member! We've set up an editable online spreadsheet to ease the process of finding a roommate. In order to protect your privacy, the roomshare is accessed through a private web link. Please follow the instructions at the bottom of this post to access the Roomshare. 

The ASSC Student Committee recommends booking a room at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel and Marina, the official conference hotel, as it strikes a good balance between convenience and price.

triple occupancy: $200 / night
quadruple occupancy: $220 / night

• In order to avoid conflicts, make sure both parties understand who will be booking the room and how they will be reimbursed.
• Be aware of the hotel’s cancellation policy before agreeing to share a room. If you need to cancel your trip, please advise your roommate as soon as possible, so that they can search for a new roommate.
• If you have found a roommate, please update your post to reflect that status.
